Finishing Process

Our airless-assisted spray system provides even coverage with minimal waste. Depending on the required finish, preparation may include timber preserver, knotting treatment, end-grain sealing, filling, priming and denibbing between coats.

Paint finishes receive the necessary primer, mid-coat and topcoat. Stained finishes are protected with two topcoats, while lacquered joinery receives two to three carefully denibbed coats for a flawless result.
